Fresh Map is a local food discovery platform that helps consumers find farms, farmers markets, natural grocery stores, CSA programs, and health-focused restaurants in their area. Fresh Map is operated by Ethan Bhageloe and is based in Florida.
By creating an account or using Fresh Map, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. By signing up, you represent that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that you have permission from a parent or guardian.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at ethan.radjinder.bhageloe@gmail.com.
Fresh Map lists vendor information collected from public sources and submitted by users. We do not verify, certify, or endorse any vendor's claims about their food standards, certifications, or practices. Always confirm directly with the vendor before making purchasing decisions based on their profile.
Fresh Map is a discovery tool — not a marketplace. We do not process payments, fulfill orders, or take responsibility for transactions between you and vendors.
Some listings on Fresh Map are home-based food producers operating under Florida's Cottage Food Law (§500.80). These sellers are not licensed or inspected by any state or local food safety agency. Fresh Map does not verify the safety or compliance of cottage food products.
Nothing on Fresh Map constitutes medical or nutritional advice. Vendor tags such as "grass-fed," "organic," or "no-seed-oils" describe how food is produced — they are not health claims. Consult a qualified healthcare provider or registered dietitian for personalized nutrition guidance.

All Fresh Map branding, design, and original content is owned by Fresh Map. Vendor names, descriptions, and publicly available information remain the property of their respective owners. You may not reproduce or distribute Fresh Map content without written permission.
Fresh Map is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that vendor information is accurate, complete, or current. We are not responsible for any loss or harm resulting from your use of the platform or your dealings with vendors found through it.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fresh Map and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on the platform. Continued use of Fresh Map after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Leon County, Florida.
